Fried Egg Avocado Toast Recipe

Turkey Egg Avocado Toast

Yield: 2 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Avocado toast is the ultimate healthy breakfast recipe that's so incredibly easy. Layer turkey, a fried egg, and a big scoop of avocado! It is wholesome and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado
  • Sliced turkey
  • 2 eggs, fried
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare a frying pan with a dab of butter or cooking spray on medium heat. Fry both eggs to your preference.
  2. Toast the sliced bread until golden brown.
  3. Cut open the avocado, scoop out all of the fruit and mash. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
  4. Lightly butter the toast, if desired. Layer with sliced turkey, avocado, and fried egg. Enjoy!

    I can’t get enough avocado in my foods. I love the flavor with eggs for breakfast so I’ll have to try this soon!

    I’m supposed to cut down on my carbs, but you know you can’t give them up entirely. That said, open face sandwiches, (especially with avocado on it) is right up my alley!

      The combo is awesome on toast, but you can totally ditch the bread and pile the rest on a plate and enjoy!

    My wife loves avocado, but me not so much. Never did develop a liking for it, but she eats it like it is going out of style!
