My name is Janel and I have been blogging for more than 12 years on my lifestyle parenting blog, A Mom’s Take.
I love blogging, and I really have had the opportunity to do so much with my first blog, but I wanted a space a little more focused and that takes a slower pace.
Over here, I’m planning to share new recipes as I can.

I am a mom of 5 beautiful boys, with one watching over our family from Heaven.
My little taste testers have no problem helping to sample the recipes to make sure they’re just right to share.
The boys are 12, 10, 8, and 4.
So far, their favorite recipe is our Butterscotch Lush recipe.
We brought it along to a gathering with friends and it received rave reviews.
