Spicy Italian Sausage Pasta
No more boring pasta nights. This recipe kicks up dinner to a whole ‘nother level. With a kick of spicy and so much flavor. Plus, it’s really easy to make.
Skip the spaghetti. Skip the alfredo. Don’t even think about that boxed mac and cheese.
This yummy, and really easy, recipe transforms the dinner routine. It’s got everything you want in a recipe – fast to make, flavorful, and a little heat to make it so delicious.
It’s absolutely loaded with flavor. And a perfect kick of spice.
Just grab a glass of milk and you’ll be ready for dinner.
To prepare this dish, start by boiling your pasta. I prefer penne, but any pasta will work.
While your noodles cook, you’ll mix together the creamy sauce by frying the hot Italian sausage, onions, and garlic. Then add in the can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies and heavy cream.
Then, just add pepper, to taste. It’s as easy as that. If you want even more spice, you can toss in a little crushed red pepper.
Let it continue to cook to thicken until about when your noodles are ready, and then add in some cheese and the noddles and serve.
Best of all, this entire recipe will only take you 20 minutes to prepare.

I’m not sure why you have it for 1.5 boxes of noodles. I followed the recipe as described and it was very bland. My mom made the meal too with only 1 box of noodles and she loved it. I had to add a lot of salt and red pepper flakes to make it taste good.. next time I’ll try it with one box of noodles only.

We feed a small army over here, and that’s the portion size we used to feed 4 hungry boys (plus some for us adults).
